This course teaches how neuroimaging and functional MRI can be used in the context of consumption. It is broken into two parts. In each part, intermediate lectures on useful MRI acquisitions are followed by more advanced lectures about consumption of normal and mind-altering substances on the brain. Part I focuses on consumption of food and drink.
