This course teaches how neuroimaging and functional MRI can be used in the context of consumption. Following an overview of the changes overconsumption, diabetes and obesity can cause on the brain, this course combines an intermediate-level lecture on useful MRI acquisitions for fMRI with a lecture on the effect of consumption on the brain.
