11:20 Figure 130-05-001.  Does ¹⁸F-DOPA–Targeted MR Spectroscopy Improve Diagnostic Accuracy Using Simultaneous PET/MRI?
Pradeep Negi, Amarnath Jena, Sangeeta Taneja
House of Diagnostics Healthcare Pvt Ltd. a branch in Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, India
Impact: ¹⁸F-DOPA PET–targeted MRS using simultaneous PET/MRI significantly enhances diagnostic accuracy in glioma evaluation by integrating metabolic and biochemical data, improving differentiation between recurrence and radiation necrosis, refining tumor grading, and guiding precise, personalized treatment planning for better clinical outcomes.
11:30 Figure 130-05-002.  Optimal parameters for shortening imaging time in fluid-attenuated inversion recovery images of acute cerebral infarction
Ryuya Okawa, Norio Hayashi, Go Yasui, Ban Mihara
Institute of Brain and Blood Vessels Mihara Memorial Hospital, Isesaki, Japan
Impact: FLAIR imaging time when setting current parameter (TR9000, ETL18) and acute stroke parameter (TR 6500 ms and ETL 22) were respectively one minute 57 seconds and 56 seconds, the imaging time was shortened by approximately one minute.
11:40 Figure 130-05-003.  Independent Gradient Reversal Fat Suppression in Fast Spin Echo at 3T
Ben Kennedy
Mermaid Beach Radiology, Gold Coast, Australia
Impact: Todays clinical imaging is under high pressure for high throughput and image quality across all applications. At 3T, fast pin echo using gradient reversal fat suppression used independently has many IQ advantages in speed, SAR, SNR, and image contrast.
