Does ¹⁸F-DOPA–Targeted MR Spectroscopy Improve Diagnostic Accuracy Using Simultaneous PET/MRI?
Impact: ¹⁸F-DOPA PET–targeted MRS
using simultaneous PET/MRI significantly enhances diagnostic accuracy in glioma
evaluation by integrating metabolic and biochemical data, improving
differentiation between recurrence and radiation necrosis, refining tumor
grading, and guiding precise, personalized treatment planning for better
clinical outcomes.

Optimal parameters for shortening imaging time in fluid-attenuated inversion recovery images of acute cerebral infarction
Impact: FLAIR imaging time when setting current
parameter (TR9000, ETL18) and acute stroke parameter (TR 6500 ms and ETL 22)
were respectively one minute 57 seconds and 56 seconds, the imaging time was
shortened by approximately one minute.
