Age-related brain diseases in both developed and developing countries (including those in Africa) are becoming an increasing public health concern due to demographic changes and their interaction with infectious and environmental factors. This educational session will focus on the role of MRI in the differential diagnosis of age-related brain diseases, as well as the impact of toxic substances, neuroinfections, and neurotraumas.
