This comprehensive sunrise course explores cutting-edge open-source tools and workflows for quantitative MRI analysis. Featuring expert-led talks and live demonstrations, topics include structural and diffusion imaging, contrast and contrast-agent-free perfusion methods, and reproducible susceptibility analysis. Participants will engage with platforms like FreeSurfer, FSL, MrTrix, DiPy, and Neurodesk, with alternative tools also showcased for broader accessibility. This third part focusses on tools for quantitative susceptibility analysis and containerised data analysis environments.
