The goal of this course is to expose the ISMRM membership to considerations regarding clinical practice and scientific research in settings where monetary resources are scarce. Representative examples will be discussed from all over the world in hopes of demonstrating the resourcefulness and creativity in play in these settings, as well as showing open needs that could be filled by ISMRM members in the future.
