10:20 Figure 130-03-001.  Exploring the Prevalence of Myocardial Steatosis in Women with HIV on ART: Preliminary findings from the MUTIMA Study
Petronella Samuels, Olukayode Aremu, Morné Kahts, Patricia Maishi, MARIAAN JAFTHA, Natasha Taylor-Meyer, Marguerite Adriaanse, Sango Skelem, Stephen Jermy, Lidia Szczepaniak, Boni Ale, Markella Zanni, Chris Longenecker, Ntobeko Ntusi
Cape Universities Body Imaging Centre (CUBIC), University of Cape Town, Cape Town, South Africa
Impact:
CMR and ¹H-cMRS reveal subclinical myocardial injury and steatosis in ART-treated women with HIV. These findings underscore the value of these techniques for early detection of myocardial abnormalities and emphasize the need for larger studies.
10:30 Figure 130-03-002.  Predicting Working Memory in Multiple Sclerosis using Machine Learning of Subcortical U-Fiber Fractional Anisotropy
Montalba Cristian, Pamela Franco Leiva, Macarena Vasquez, Juan Pablo Cruz, Claudia Carcamo, Marcelo Andia, Ethel Ciampi
Impact: Integrating diffusion biomarkers with an ML approach enables early, non-invasive detection of cognitive decline and improved patient monitoring in MS.
10:40 Figure 130-03-003.  Diffusion Tensor Imaging Reproducibility and Improvement Testing Pre and Post Gradient Amplifier Upgrade
Laura Barlow, Irene Vavasour, Jaemin Chung, Erin MacMillan, Cornelia Laule
University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada
Impact: Research MRI scanners routinely undergo upgrades. A volunteer scanning plan to determine reproducibility in quantitative metrics and measurable improvement to performance post upgrade is valuable to inform ongoing studies and future study planning.
